XD-6 Multi-Crystal X-Ray Diffractometer

Description:

X-ray powder diffractometer is the basic instruments for studying and identifying the composition and structure of material. The applied field is shown as follows:

1. The atom arrangement of all kinds of compounds in materials could be determined. Some particular performance of a material is related to atom arrangement.
2. The composition of the material could be determined.

​XD-6 has a vertical multifunction goniometer (0s-0d) which is fit for samples from normal powder and massive solid to very big and irregular solid and ropy liquid. Its precise design and strong hardware and software could fulfill any testing and researches on the microstructure of materials.

The type of vertical 0s-0d goniometer means the sample holder is fixed, and the X-ray source and detector turned.

Features & Functions:

• Vertical multifunctional high precision goniometer: the minimal step size is 0.00025^o ​, mechanical repeatability exceeds 0.0006^o​, 0.20 goniometer could be selected, which is fit for normal powder and massive solid samples.
• Easy use and convenient maintenance: the sample is set horizontally because of the vertical goniometer. The sample is more conveniently put in the sample stage is more conveniently cleaned up. The goniometer could not be polluted and the precision of the goniometer is not influenced.
• High performance: the reports of customers operating the instrument for 8 months could be provided. The standard deviation of diffraction angle of aSio2 is better than 0.0015^o .
• Attention to the design of mechanical security: the cabinets design and goniometer shutter using a chain institutions, has not yet specified the X-ray source and can not be opened, to prevent leakage of the X-rays.
• A variety of options can extend system functionality: In accordance with the purpose of analysis, you can choose a parallel light film annex, texture annex, high temperature annex, o scanning and a variety of optional accessories.
